“I'm an individual, while most of their customers are builders or contractors. They seem to be used to dealing more with builders, but they tried to help us out to make up for our lack of expertise. Our sales rep came out to do measurements and offer advice that really helped shape the project and give us direction. There were a few imperfections after delivery, but everything came together and the result looks good.- They had a 30% restocking fee at the time, which was supposed to include return freight. We brought back 6 (of 12) bags of unused masonry cement that were not needed. We weren't told about the fee or that they could pick them up, so we were surprised to not get a full refund once we hauled them there. They are planning to change the policy to 20% (plus return freight for anything they have to pick up) which seems more reasonable.- Several limestone slabs had chips on the corners and edges. We changed the design to make them work, so it wasn't a problem for us. I was a little surprised that it is considered normal to deliver them this way, but they would have been willing to swap them out if we had requested it.- The pallet with the stone had a layer of white powder covering 1/4 of it, which took extra time to clean off. It was still pretty dark when it was delivered, so we didn't see it until later. They probably would have fixed this problem if we had asked, but it wasn't worth the delay.- Delivery was quoted at 5-7 weeks and it was about that long. Communication was pretty good throughout that time, though there is no mechanism to know the exact date of arrival ahead of time so it can be tricky to schedule masonry work until the product is actually received from their supplier. (Unless you want to pay more to have it shipped separately)”

“There are lots of options on laminate and vynil plank flooring. We purchased three kinds of flooring and six knotty pine cased doors. the employees are very polite and helpful. I was very happy with the quality and the price points. We will return in the future.”

“I arrived at 8:30 with 60’ rebar. Goto the 2ed entrance. It will say Rebar delivery. I was checked in and backed inside building in less than 3 min. You could pull straight inside building but they had me back in for what ever reason. It’s a straight back not a 90 degree. There is no Kentucky rd. What ever those reviewers talking about. It’s not even on the map…..Another rebar truck was getting unloaded outside by forklift so you can show up a lil earlier than 8:30. You could probably get away with onsite parking for a few but no overnight parking. They have mini gates on both entrances. Other reviews had me spooked since my next pick up is by appointment. Right now I have been on duty 26 min. Took off 16 straps and oversized banners. And they have just took off first bundle with the crane. Looks like 1 hour tops for this kid!!!”
“The switch to Will Call was not ideal but that being said, the fulfillment center does a great job at getting you parts in a timely fashion. Typically next day, worst case two day.”
