“Moving: it’s worse than taxes, a root canal, or a three-hour wait at the DMV. But somehow, Corbin and Tristan from Two Men and a Truck actually made it… enjoyable? I know, sounds impossible. These guys didn’t just move our furniture from one to three locations with perfection—they made every second entertaining, as if they were born to handle with care and crack jokes. Had to snap them casually rolled my refrigerator down to the neighbor’s like it was part of a neighborhood parade. If you have to endure the misery of moving, do yourself a favor. They’re absolute legends.”

“My experience with UPack was fantastic! Their whole setup is wonderful — having the trailer delivered to your home with plenty of time to load it, then it leaves for the destination and you can choose when to have it delivered to the new address. Again, plenty of time to have it unloaded, and you call to have it picked up when it’s empty. Our driver was incredibly nice, and helped us with some problems we had with the company we used to load the trailer. Everyone I spoke with at UPack was very nice and helpful!”

“We hired 'full service movers' and it was more than a bad experience - it was absolutely traumatizing and we did quite a bit of research having heard horror stories prior. Our movers ended up just saying they were out of time and bailing on us with stuff left over. PODS delivered a pod the next day, process was seamless and we became customers for life. PODS is the only way to move in our opinion - we are getting ready to move my mother and we will be using the full service version of PODS!”

“The container, pads, and delivery were clean and new. Items arrived in perfect condition. While customer service was polite, the communication and synchronization of local office with national office of delivery and pick-up times needs improvement. I received numerous communications with conflicting times for pickup of full and then, empty containers - this created stress and caused me to make several calls to ensure our container would not be picked up before we had a chance to empty it. The very short window of time to confirm pick up of empty container is only available via a phone call and thus is flawed if you are enroute on a plane and can't make a phone call like we were.”
