“This was a very stressful situation. I called on Tuesday and because this is peak moving season was told they only had one day available left for the month of July and I had already given my 30 day notice so I said ok I'll take it when is it Sunday. Which Sunday this Sunday July 5 at 8:30 am. Ok with 4 days to pack sheesh‼ Sunday 8:30 nothing. I call come to find out they put a smaller move in front of us and nobody called to inform us that our moved got push back to 1:30pm. Now we're upset think we may not get moved. They arrived 1:25 got us packed at our 1st stop on to our storage unit. These guys work like a well oiled machine ‼‼ they got us moved to our new house and even finished the job 2 hours early. These guys were so professional

“We have used this kind of service in the past for moving. U-Pack was much smoother and easier to adjust dates and times for the freight pick-up/drop off and using the Hire-a-helper system. We were able to adjust helpers and hours with representatives over the phone, definitely will use in the future.”
“The POD was very helpful in our move, but the delivery times were unreliable. Despite confirming with every text we got, we were still prompted to confirm delivery days once a day up to delivery. We did not receive delivery and pick up ETAs the night before like promised, they waited until the next morning. And 3 times, our delivery window changed the day of- so it’s very hard to plan for. The delivery drivers were professional.”

“Cross country trip. My boxes were supposed to arrive on 3/30 and I could access them on 3/31. They did not arrive at uhaul till 3/31 late and we were not able to access early as advised. Still delivered on 4/1 so it worked out. Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will be using this service going forward.”
