“Amazing customer service!!! I recently acquired an older second hand Sailrite Stitch Master machine and servo motor and was worried that I would have to jump through hoops to find the parts I needed for it such as a table, belt etc. But no such problem, I reached out to Sailrite customer service and they pointed me to the exact products I needed as well as informing me on how to know if parts fit my machine in the future!! Can’t say enough about how helpful they were and how much time and trial and error they saved me!”
