I came in panicking, thinking my battery was installed backwards for silly reasons, although I had been experiencing electrical problems. I was moving my battery to start my car.
He immediately came and checked it out for me. He actually discovered my battery was not fully connected at all. When I say Jim is an ANGEL, I mean it!
He went above and beyond to help me in every way. The other staff members were just as awesome! I highly recommend this location<3

“I’m relatively new to Highland- I moved up to the region from Indy for medical school at IUN. Because my closest family support is far away, I have to handle things on my own a lot, for better or worse. That includes getting new windshield wipers, which I’ve been privileged enough to have an awesome dad who has taken care of that for me up until this point ?. I went to the O’Reilly Auto Parts near Ridge and Broad Street, and the kind gentleman at checkout offered not only to put them on for me, he also taught me how to do it myself for next time. That small gesture meant the world to a homesick girl who needed a girl-dad in that moment. I wish that sweet man nothing but peace and joy! All this to say, if you ever are in need of all things cars, I recommend the O’Reilly on ridge. They’ll get you right and if you’re lucky, make your whole week too??”

I will even go out of my way to try to make it to the store when these 2 guys are there. They have sourced parts for me that I have been told were discontinued. They have found rare parts for another project of mine that is hard to find parts for. They even had parts for my jet ski that I didn't know I could find at an auto parts store.”
