“The 56th St. branch near Post Rd. has always been helpful and friendly. Dusti, the current branch manager, is the best. I was having a credit card issue while trying to purchase a round trip ticket that included a foreign airline. A simple phone call to Kim increased my debit card limit for the day and allowed me to buy the last seat on the flight I needed. And then, in about 10 minutes, Dusti had me approved for a credit card from Star to prevent this problem from happening in the future. And, as always, they have tellers available until 7pm Monday-Saturday. Absolutely convenient.”

The only complaint I have is that the ATM doesn't always accept my deposits, but otherwise I'm perfectly happy having them as my bank. “I had an incredible visit to this branch. I went in to have an error fixed on an application and ended up working with Colton over almost two hours to solve a number of issues. This was one of the best banking experiences I've ever had at it happened without an appointment and with my two young (pre-k) kids along. Everyone was so nice to them!
