They don't have a self-help kiosk or a big bin for packages, but they quickly scan in prepaid packages that you place on the counter. More importantly, they have some of the best customer service in Lansing. Bob is always helpful and Roscoe is a day-brightener!”

“I went to this post office and was greeted at the door by a man in a Batman costume. He was nice and gave me a half eaten sandwich. Delicious mustardy. I even found free gum on the underside of the counter! How Nice! I even found 13 cents and a Tootsie Role on the floor! Amazing!!!”

“We are so fortunate to have this Post Office staff in our community! Our carrier Sue is phenomenal. I think our dogs like her more than us. The deliveries are on time, and we often get a call to make sure a delivery that is time sensitive was made from the local Postmaster. If I could rate them higher than Google's five stars, I would.”

“they do the best they can. i used to work in the post office in Germany in the Army. and unless youve ever had that job you couldnt know how hard it gets. when you have people who expect you to mail things with the wrong info, etc, and then get mad if something theyre expecting in the mail gets delivered later than they think. it all takes TIME PATIENCE AND ACCURACY in order for a item to be mailed to someone, if this country would realize that ,mayb there would be less anger and more understanding.,”
“Nice little low visibility US post office at the north end of strip mall off Ridge Road near Calumet Avenue. Has all the usual offerings you would expect, and it was a nice clean facility. When we dropped in there were two operators working the counter, and they were efficient and very friendly.I had made a passport appt. - which the system did not show, but they processed me anyway. Some reluctance to accept my military ID (which post office main web site says they accept). Many post office locations get bad reviews, but this one was very nice.”

“The lady who usually works here is always professional and helpful to me. If I have a question, she answers it the best she can. She’s human, so I know sometimes there’s more work to do than she has hands. I couldn’t do her job. A lot of rude customers come to this location and talk to her any type of way, and expect that “customer is always right” mentality. Hopefully they get some additional help at this location.”
“I have only been here one time. My visit was simply to purchase stamps. The lady behind the counter could not have been nicer. I really like how the building looks too. The outside is quasi-futuristic and is an architectural wonder to me.”
“I had a situation and Donta sent me off. I went to another post office and they told me to go back to Harvey. Raven was a gem and I appreciate her going to the extra effort. I had to come back and edit this review. Because I received a follow up call from the post office and they made sure that I issue was resolved. If I remember the rep. who me was named Darryl. He was professional.”
