I had just purchased a new to me vehicle that has a warranty.
I was referred to this shop by the warranty company.
After going there, they discovered that my lower control arm was worn and needed replacing.
They handled everything, even getting the warranty company to go with factory parts.
About a week later I was changing my battery and dropped something. So I needed to jack up the car to get it.
While under the car I decided to look at the lower control arms and side enough, Mazda genuine parts were brand new.
I know many shops would have gotten the approval for Mazda parts and put cheaper parts on but, not this shop.

“This place was suggested to me by Will from Todo Auto on Indianapolis Blvd so with no hesitation I went. I went for an alignment and NO they discovered I needed ball joints and sway bar links they threw the alignment in for the free cause it was his cousin who suggested the shop. “Indy tire shop in East Chicago and in Whiting Indiana has always been a staple for my vehicles ad long as I've lived in NWI. The employees are great, the owner will discuss options and deals personally with you if your situation is unique, and the pricing is unbeatable. I shop for almost new tires here. I have an odd size sometimes they have to order it, call their other shop or hunt it down but they always do. I highly recommend this tire shop, I've gone thru serious tires on my last 4 vehicles. They've saved me a fortune.”

I have been going to them a little over two years now and each time I have been extremely satisfied with the work and the pricing. I am giving them a 5 Star Rating!Once I took my vehicle in for an engine light that kept coming on and going off. I wanted to leave it and the owner said to me that if the light was not on there was no need to look at it. When I appeared like I preferred to have it looked at he asked me did I just have money I wanted to spend? I immediately thanked him for the information and pulled off; needless to say the engine light stayed off for quite a while so he saved me money for sure.Secondly, I can't remember what he repaired but it he took care of it and got me on the road and didn't even charge me.Again, I just wanted to speak up for EC Auto in East Chicago Indiana.
