“I love getting snacks from here, they sell unique food that other stores don’t. Not to mention it’s healthier, non gmo, organic, no red dye. They sell alll the good things here! It’s a clean, organized store and staff is always nice and helpful.”
“Love their prices. I can get double there what it costs me other places. Only down side is they don't have some name brand things I prefer. I have a family of 5 to feed so aldi is important to me.”
“This is a nice small-town market. They carry all the essentials and have a section of "amish" products that add variety. Prices are pretty close to what you'd find at the larger stores and the employees are much friendlier. Best of all, they have no self checkout lanes.”
“What a lovely place to find special gifts of art, local artists' cards to send, or small batch foods and candies. There are socks and tea towels, cider and cooking utensils, artisan made jewelry, beautiful ornaments, good smells, and good tastes. You'll find Happy Bob Ross and Neighborly Mr. Rogers items. Buttons and stickers. And much more. Be good to yourself. Go enjoy the ambiance. Find that unique something, small or big, to give to special someone. Or to yourself.”
“This is a very good place to shop. They have decent quality in their produce and the prices are good. They have recently done a lot of upgrades and made the store look very nice. They do a good job with keeping the store organized and well stocked. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I enjoy being able to save money by bagging my own groceries. And they still even provide the bags. Their meat prices are good and they have a nice selection of meats and cheeses. Their dairy and frozen foods are also very well stocked. This store is a very welcome part of the small community of Hartford City.”

“closed during normal business hours for weeks now. this is a prime location with lots of people in the area that shop there. makes you wonder what upper management and corporate are doing to their employees that this place is always understaffed/closed. take care of your employees DG and they will take care of you that means good pay and growth opportunities, benefits, time off and a clear line of communication it really is that simple.”

“This is a store that I have only been to one other time in my life. We happened to be in the area today on our way home and we needed to pick up some deli meats and I got an eight-piece chicken. The women at the deli counter we're so nice an extremely helpful. My only issue was when I got home one of the chicken breasts was so dry it was inedible. The other seven we're extremely good. So I guess I won't hold it against them too much. And if I happen to be in this area again, I would definitely buy the chicken again.”
“I came here yesterday and forgot my card after I paid. I can’t remember the name of the employee but she put my card in the safe and when I went back tonight she remembered me and asked if I forgot my card yesterday so when I looked in my wallet, it wasn’t there. It’s in my wallet now!”
“The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies.”
“Very nice clean store. From the time I entered the store until the time I left the store all employees were friendly. An employee asked if I was finding everything okay and I said yes. Then a little later I needed help finding something and the employee told me where to find the honey at. I did self checkout because they only had 2 checkout lanes open and the lines were very long but I don't mind doing self checkout.”
“Never have issues. Receipt checkers and greeters are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Issues are not enough employees located in departments to assist with needed items.”
