Makayla is another standout employee. She is very efficient and has the ability to make others smile ?

“I love being able to run in a store and get what I need and quickly get out. Dollar general is my favorite quick store. They seemed to be stocked well even with shortages. The only thing that bothers me is when you know you only have like 15 minutes until they close but you know what you need and where to get it at and they suddenly have a different demeanour and they will shut the lights off Everytime even though they still have 10 minutes. I don't think they should be aloud to do that just for obvious reasons. Other than that.... It's my quick stop.”
“I went for some household supplies and was able to get most of what was on my list. They were out of or didn't have a couple items on my list. I like shopping at DG because items are usually pretty fairly priced. I also buy food items at times when needed. I do miss these stores carrying clothes. I used to buy quite a bit of clothes at DG stores. They still have a few items but not like they used to have. I really don't understand why they did away with their bigger line of clothing as I know many people bought clothing items for the whole family there and it saved them and me as alot of us live on very limited budgets. And it was very affordable to buy clothes there. Alot of us would still prefer them having more clothes instead of more trivial items like more vases & wall art etc. Other than that I do like shopping at DG stores. Some stores tend to carry more items than others but you never know that till you shop there.”
“I feel like Troy deserves a raise /promoted, he went out of his way last night to help me. I've been sick, my family has been sick & I was in need of food & treats for my pet. I feel all the employees deserve a promotion of some kind. When I'm able to go inside, they're always working hard either by stocking shelves, waiting on customers, and or cleaning. “Gas quality is not the greatest, also my Shell rewards never work here. Without using my rewards it makes this has station pretty useless! The dude that runs and and the lady are really nice and cool though!”

“I can't say much about the store but the Pharmacy is great. They do need more help but they are always spot on, never grouchy and help with any way they can. I have been to almost all pharmacy's in Muncie, Payless Tillotson outshines them all. I wish that they could get more help because everyone works their hind end off. Keep up the good work!!!!”
“Great employees but I will be reaching out to the local representative about the state of this parking lot. I can't pull in here without hugging the left side of the entrance from mcgaliard bc the potholes are so prevalent.”
“Dollar General has a pretty good variety of products at fairly decent prices. I think their prices are a little high for some things, but for the most part they’re pretty affordable. A good place if you just need a few miscellaneous things and you don’t want to deal with running into a big store like Walmart.”
“Never have issues. Receipt checkers and greeters are always pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Issues are not enough employees located in departments to assist with needed items.”

“This Walmart is a little farther from Ball State University (about 15 minutes) so you can still find stuff as most of the students have not cleaned it out yet. Lol

“Very nice clean store. From the time I entered the store until the time I left the store all employees were friendly. An employee asked if I was finding everything okay and I said yes. Then a little later I needed help finding something and the employee told me where to find the honey at. I did self checkout because they only had 2 checkout lanes open and the lines were very long but I don't mind doing self checkout.”
“This particular Dollar General is in Franklin Indiana. My daughter likes to shop there as it gives her a chance to take a little drive plus she enjoys shopping in a smaller town where the store is not so busy and has less people shopping at the same time. So I rode with her to pick up a few things and it was a nice day and the store is clean and had the products we went for.”

“I came here yesterday and forgot my card after I paid. I can’t remember the name of the employee but she put my card in the safe and when I went back tonight she remembered me and asked if I forgot my card yesterday so when I looked in my wallet, it wasn’t there. It’s in my wallet now!”

“The Walmart Supercenter on the northside of Muncie is one of my favorites. I know the store well. Sometimes things are out of order, but the crowds that come to shop at this Walmart can be overwhelming. As a marketing tactic, they like to keep shoppers on their toes and seem to constantly have revolving items and new items and stands in the store. In my experience, the bathrooms have always been clean. And *most of the cashiers and customer-facing workers are very kind. Something that may help customers navigate the store would be to download the Walmart App. In it, you can search for anything you're looking for and it will name the exact isle it can be found on. Even when I'm shopping around Walmart, I have found myself assisting the customers by pulling up my app because they look like lost puppies.”
“Everyone hates yet likes walmart at the same time. Sometimes they have great deals and sometimes I'm better off at kroger or Aldi. Wish they would either have more check outs or self check outs open. It's a pain when only one or two lanes are open and half the self check outs are closed and there's a line with 10+ people in it when they are capable of opening either more self check outs(they are staffed) or at least more of the reg lines”
