“In my experience, surf internet is a wonderful company. The product is solid, the install process was easy and the service has been consistent. I think it's important to remember that surf internet is growing rapidly and at the same time taking care of their customers. That's not an easy thing to do. I've had a couple glitches where it went down for a few seconds, probably while they were working on something, but other than that no issues whatsoever. They email you and let you know when service is going to be interrupted for technical reasons as they upgrade and replace equipment. I like that they communicate that information to the customer. If I had to ask for anything else, it would be that they have a page on their website showing the status of their services, so if you need to check if it's up or down you can see if it's a problem in your house or on the service quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with their services and would highly recommend them.”
