“My boyfriend and I came here to add him to my plan and upgrade his phone and Omar was so kind and helpful the whole time! He waited patiently and engaged in friendly conversation while my boyfriend had to step aside and sort out issues with his previous carrier, and he also made sure to give us a step-by-step on what he was doing in order for us to better understand! I will remain a loyal customer with T-Mobile and I 100% have Omar to thank for that!”

“I had an amazing experience at the T-Mobile on Bittersweet in Mishawaka! Breahanna Wagner was incredibly helpful in reviewing my plan and finding ways to lower my monthly bill. She was patient, detailed, and took the time to explain all my options so I fully understood everything. I truly felt like she cared about helping me, not just making a sale. I left with a lower bill and a plan that actually fits my needs. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop in!”

“Attention Old People - This new upgrade with the White Box……SUCKS! Not User Friendly at our age. If you’re looking for easy set up, head down the street to xfinity, you won’t find anything that makes sense here. No instructions in the box, - QR codes that lead you everywhere but an easy set up. Phone assistance call backs that play music instead of having a person on the other end. Good Luck”

“Interlink has been a trusted partner for years, playing a key role for many years when I was at Thor Motor Coach. Interlink had proved to be professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of web services, web design, hosting, and data management. Their staff has always been friendly, fast and efficient, delivering our smallest to largest projects within budget. From conception to completion, their advice on what would work best for Thor was always smart and insightful. I’m sure Interlink is likely the best fit for anyone wanting a professional presence on the web.”

“Just great customer service. Drove down from Saint Joseph to get an Apple Watch but only had one in stock of the one my boyfriend and I wanted. Bummer! BUT Tommy went above and beyond. He checked with the store in mall and they also had one in stock! So he drove there (in the snow) and picked it up for us! Seriously, he’s the man to see (and my cat is Tommy too!)”
