“Great store! Extremely clean with a great fishing/outdoor selection. Much greater variety of fishing tackle that I expected them to have in a chain store that isn't specifically outdoors oriented.
The employees are great and extremely familiar with the inventory. The employee that helped me was a le to take me right to the specific items i was looking for, which after shopping at places like Dicks or Walmart is a pretty big difference.
While it's still not quite the same experience as going to an independent local tackle shop or even somewhere nore specialized like Bass Pro Shop its still far better than the other alternatives in the area.”

“Taylor and the store manager went above and beyond to help me find a pair of jeans. They explained the different styles to me, helping me select the pair that looked and felt the best. I am so grateful for their assistance! Buying jeans for me is not something I like to do and I usually put it off until I absolutely have too. It is so hard to find that perfect pair of jeans that makes you feel good about yourself.

“Although I really love the Cowboy theme, paying over $200 for a pair of girls' blue jeans is Crazy! They only have like a 7 on the back pockets. No bling or anything. They had them for $150.00 to $200.00. She's 14 years old and will outgrow them in a year! Come on, Boot Barn, Do Better!”

The girl working there did notice, showed it to me and went and got me another pair at the same size! She also made me aware of the discount given for new members and gave me thé additional discount.”

All three locations worked together getting the shoes he wanted we wenr to your Princeton, Eastland Mall, and where we got the shoes was from was Vincennes thank you guys for making my son's birthday he loves his warrior jersey and shoes I'd take a picture of him but he has the outfit on and he is out playing right now. “I love this store, they treat everyone with respect even when they fall short of employees.
I went in there looking from prom shoes and there were only 2 workers at the time and they treated me amazing always checking on me and asking if I needed help getting a shoe down(cause I so short). The store manager even after dealing with a rude customer still had an amazing attitude. I shop here a lot so after previous encounters I stoped coming for a while I think it’s been like a year almost!
I am so glad I returned I think the store has improved from a year ago smiling faces and greetings were good. I truly think that customers take advantage of the customer service and are Karen’s most days @shoeshow I have worked retail and I work it now as well but in this day customers are not always right you get the rude and demanding ones who have to high of expectations as I witness a lady curse your employees which I feel is disrespectful and no employee should have to take that like they are a dog. We all all humans and make mistakes. I think your staff is amazing At Eastland mall. I will return.
As far as the guy upset that the lady said they need to go to the front to try on the left well like journey they pull the left and if you are smart people you should know people STEAL so I’m sure it’s a standard procedure that if you want to try on the left to the right they have to be with you or you have to go to the front stop crying over it and blame the people who steal from companies”
“Had a good experience in store. However the shoe size I need wasn’t available. The cashier placed order for me to get the size I needed. Once shoes arrived they were the wrong size in the box. Kelly at Customer service at corporate was amazing and is going to make it right. Happy camper again.”
