Definitely made me feel more comfortable.Ashley (I think that was her name. She had straight blonde hair with two braids in the front.) was also helpful when I asked about different sizes, and she gave me lots of options and advice.Just wanted to shout out those two for being so nice and attentive. “Recently bought a silverback SBX 54 in ground basketball hoop from my local Walmart. Box was chewed up, missing some parts. I’m just giving a shout out here to the customer service at Escalade!! They quickly got the missing parts out to me, basketball hoop is up and running. I’m blaming Walmart for the initial issues with missing parts, but customer service came to the rescue! Thank you!!”
