I recently brought my 2007 Audi Q7 V8 to the Fishers Walmart Supercenter for an oil change, and I want to highlight the excellent service provided by Billy C. and the AutoCare team. European vehicles can be a bit particular, but Billy immediately recognised the correct top-side service method for my Audi and carried out the oil change with real care and competence.
The entire process was clean, efficient, and handled with a level of professionalism I truly appreciate. Nothing under the vehicle needed to be disturbed, everything was done neatly from above, and my car was returned to me exactly as it should be — properly topped off, filter replaced, and no loose panels or issues afterward.
Billy’s attention to detail and respectful handling of the vehicle really stood out. It’s rare to find this combination of technical understanding and customer care, and it made the experience extremely positive. I will gladly return to this location because of the excellent service he provided.
