“My wife and I are grateful to BGI Fitness for providing excellent service recently in relation to a stationary cycle malfunction. (We had purchased the five-year-old cycle from an online vendor - not BGI Fitness; we sought BGI's assistance, remembering our previous good experience, when they resolved a treadmill walking belt/deck problem for us.)

I submitted an assistance request/inquiry by means of the form in the Fitness Equipment Services section of the BGI website. Preston responded promptly by phone, helping me to understand the likely cause of the cycle problem, advising me how I could save money obtaining the part that needed to be replaced, and scheduling an appointment for a home visit by a technician. On the appointment day, Phil called me to confirm his expected arrival time and, upon arriving, worked skillfully and efficiently. He was personable and kind, explaining to my wife and me what he had done and even taking time to resolve an unrelated problem that he had noticed while replacing the part that had malfunctioned.

“I came to The Bike Line to have some components installed on my road bike. I normally work on my own equipment, but I didn't have the specific tool for this job and figured I would bring it to a shop.

The team was very communicative when I brought the bike in and ensured that the work they would do was what I wanted. All of my questions were answered clearly. They also gave me a quote below that of other shops I contacted.

The repair was completed by the next day to the expected standards. When I picked it up, I also had the tech tighten the rivnuts on my downtube for a small extra charge - he explained what he was doing and how to prevent the issue in the future.

“Crashed my bike. New to triathlons and took my bike to these guys. You hear all the time in triathlon circles that bike shops can be intimidating. These guys were super knowledgeable, refused to upsell me (i pushed for new shifters anyway), and were happy to answer my multiple calls with questions after drop off. We need more Bike shops like this place, because these guys are fantastic. Bike rides great, love my new shifters, fixed all broken parts, and got me back to training. 5 star experience
