“The employees I dealt with were pleasant and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. The rooms needed a little bit of updating on a few things but overall were just fine. They have a beautiful pond that the wild geese and ducks were in. They had a nice little sitting area for warm weather (we couldn't use because it was cold (not their fault). The price for 12 day stay was great compared to others was good. I actually felt safe (I'm from a very small rural town and live in the middle of nowhere) and still I felt safe. Other rooms quieted down at night And no issues were had. We had a good stay while inside the Hotel. It's also pet friendly and had tile/laminate flooring which was nice as well. I only Mark as a 4 because the room needed a updating on a few things and the microwave wasn't working properly but to their defense I never mentioned that to them eeither. I am leaving a note on the table when we leave tomorrow. But otherwise, no complaints but that. I never ever plan to come back to this city; however, if I do. I'd use this hotel again.
Rooms: Refrigerator, little stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, small dinner table for 2 or 3. Needs a little updating. But the price I paid was worth it.
Safety: I felt safe and I from an extremely small country town.
Noteworthy details: Employees I dealt with were polite and didn't make me feel like I was bothersome by any means.”

“I stayed at this hotel for almost three months now and it’s been a very pleasant stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. I like their text service allowing me to communicate with staff on my phone. I especially like the digital check-in feature allowing me to choose my room and use a digital keycard instead of a physical one. Not to mention the hotel being in the middle of a large area of shopping and restaurants made it easy to get anything I wanted. I’m very glad my employer chose this hotel for my extended stay in Indianapolis.”
“Nice as usually. Was not greeted titanium nor offered bottle of water. Neither big deals at my micro level to speak up but big enough at macro lol since in Terms the if missed would result in additional points so sharing as management opportunity for follow up. Otherwise service is always 5 stars here”

“The staff was amazing. From check-in to check-out. I had left one of my packages there and Shaylyn was super helpful in labeling it and getting it picked up by UPS. The bed is 10/10. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve EVER slept in. Only flip side is that it’s a little bit out of the way. You definitely need a car to get around. Thanks for a great stay ❤️”

“Firstly, this is a nice looking and seemingly well kept hotel. There was a some cleaning that was neglected like the smudgy headboard but no worries bc I travel with Chlorox wipes & lysol spray and clean all surfaces anyways. Also the floor at the entrance was overly sticky. Like something like a sugary drink was spilled. I guess they didn't mop or clean that part of the room bc their shoes would've felt that stickiness. When I took the DND tag off the door, all I got was fresh towels. A 5 day stay and no sheet change at all. It's a short driving distance to grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks and other retail. Also quick access to the interstate. A nice hotel but cleanliness is not something they focus on. Room service is surprisingly affordable BUT not good.”

I been coming to this Hotel for months now and all the staff is always attentive and friendly, The check-in process was swift and seamless, with the front desk staff providing a warm welcome. They were quick to accommodate my early check-in request and took the time to explain all the amenities available during my stay.
Love this Hotel, my go-to place in Indy.

“Holiday Inn Express’ Fishers Indiana location is a perfect place to stay on the cusp of downtown Indianapolis. The rooms were very nice – they were all clean and comfortable with each room furnished with bells and whistles to the guests’ liking. Checking in to the hotel was quite quick and easy, and the workers at the front desk were able to answer questions about the hotel. The swimming pool is open from 8 in the morning to 11 at night, for the guests to enjoy time to relax and have some fun in the water. The gym is also available for those who sweat out the calories prior to the next commute. Holiday Inn Express has a great breakfast bar and overall, a really wonderful stay atmosphere. Will definitely recommend this place for time to come!”
