“This experience was nothing like I’ve had before at other U-Haul locations. Everything was perfect. The reservation was perfect and a smooth process. The sweet lady that checked me in was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly. The younger kid who hooked up the equipment was super helpful and friendly. Such a great experience and Noblesville is lucky to have such a warm and friendly location. My first experience here and it will not be my last. I will definitely be sharing my experience with my friends. I will use them and recommend them for all their other services such as propane, fish and tackle, trailer services, as well as U-Haul. While I was there I watched them offer a gentleman a propane service where he could drop off all 3 tanks. They told him he could swing back through in 10 minutes and they would have them filled and ready. Everything they do seemed to be centered around the highest level of customer service to make tasks easier on the customer. Noblesville is very lucky to have them.”

“CARMEL WELDING - U HAUL DID AN EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL JOB ON FIXING RUST IN THE FRONT END OF MY 2006 TOYOTA TUNDRA ON JANUARY 3, 2022> >THEY ALSO SAW DEFECTIVE SWAY BAR LINKS AND FIXED THE LEFT AND RIGHT SIDE SWAY BAR LINKS AS WELL. ON THE WAY HOME I NOTICED THE TRUCKS STEERING WAS SO MUCH BETTER / TIGHTER AND NO MORE STRANGE NOISES COMING FROM THE FRONT END WHEN DOING SHARP LEFT RIGHT TURNS!!. ALSO THEY WORKED ON MY 2004 TACOMA MANY YEARS AGO AND ON THAT REPAIR SAVED MY ROTTED OUT FRAME FOR ANOTHER 2 YEARS BEFORE IT FINALLY WENT OUT AND COULD BUY ANOTHER TRUCK. KEVIN IS AN EXCELLENT WELDER!!! I WAS SENT TO CARMEL WELDING FROM O'BRIEN TOYOTA INDIANAPOLIS SERVICE DEPT MANY YEARS AGO!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR FRAME DAMAGE REPAIR!! AFTER THE REPAIR WAS COMPLETED THEY REPLACED THE ZIEBART COATING AS WELL ! AAAAA+++++ EXCELLENT WORK AND FAIR PRICE !!!!!!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARMEL U HAUL WEDLING!! THE SWAY BAR LINKS WORE OUT FROM 4 WHEELING AROUND TOWN.”
“This was my first time renting. It was not the most welcoming check in, I had no clue what the process was, where to go, how to exit etc. The cab needed some love but worked just fine! The person that took my keys at the return was nice and actually smiled at me. I would suggest operating under the assumption that its everyone’s first time renting/at your location or at least ask so you can adjust the experience :)”
