My organization used this UPS Store for shipping and receiving of packages while attending a major conference at the Galt House Hotel.Denise was our main point of contact at this UPS Store. Because I usually go through some (sometimes extensive) pre-payment authorization of service charges to help my busy on-site co-workers, I worked closely with Denise to handle our inbound packages before my co-workers arrived, delivery of the packages to our conference exhibit once the staff arrived, and our outbound shipments after the event concluded.Denise was very helpful and up-front about any issues that arose during our experience at the conference, and she made herself readily available to help us, even offering to communicate with me about any questions I had over the weekend preceding the conference. She was incredibly courteous and helpful to me and my on-site event staff. She made our experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Our organization was very grateful for her quick solutions, clear and prompt communication, and the store's overall professionalism and high-quality customer service. It was truly a pleasure to work with Denise and this UPS Store. Thank you, Denise and team!”

The file was too large to send, so we had to send it multiple times but he was extremely patient and willing to resolve the issue for me free of charge.
