“The guys at this store have always been absolutely wonderful with me. I have a hard time making a decision so I have gone in there a few times with multiple items and not once have I ever felt like it was an issue or like they were bothered that I had so many things. They’ve always been very nice and very polite and very prompt at asking me if I need anything. I actually live closer to another store about 3 miles away and they are not as friendly and not as nice and not as social and I will go out of my way to come to the store up here by Highlander Point instead.”

“My workplace purchased 24 signs to put out on our properties at two locations. I shared my design ideas with Madelyn, who worked with me to come up with 2 sign types, varying by location. Most of the process was done by email. FASTSIGNS listened to my needs and produced 24 beautiful signs. After determining sign location, they installed the signs over the course of 2 days. Their staff worked together very efficiently to get the signs installed. Everyone was kind, helpful, productive, and, frankly, lots of fun to work with! I will definitely choose FASTSIGNS again!”

“Denise was nothing short of wonderful. She went above and beyond for me several times while I was exhibiting at a conference in the hotel. When the monitor I ordered arrived in a damaged box, she sourced a sturdy replacement that was ready when I needed it. When the sign I ordered did not arrive, she immediately offered to create a new one so I didn't miss a beat. The world needs more people like her. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! I'd give more stars if I could.”

“Several of my family members have worked for, and with this company for going on 30 years now and have done business with them anytime their service was needed without the slightest thought of using another printing service for many many reasons, but I'll only speak on a few of them otherwise this would end up being possibly the longest Google review in history. #1 Their attention to detail and level of quality is unmatched in their respective field. #2 Their ability to adapt to customer needs is admirable and proven by their ability to survive in a industry that is extremely competitive and technology driven. #3 And in my opinion, the Owner of the company, Tim is quite possibly the best man I've ever met. For more than 20 years this man has been more honest, trustworthy, and dependable is there any other man I've met. He has been a personal role model to me and undoubtedly always will be. LOL still a little longer than expected but very heartfelt”

“Having worked for the OG Kinko's back in the day, I've always been a fan of the customer service the FedEx locations offer. This morning, at the relocated downtown location, KATIE WAS A ROCK STAR in helping me out with some manuscript boxes I was searching for (along with a book mailing envelope, too). Thanks, Katie!! Keep up the great work, FedEx P&SC!”

“I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service I received at your store. Staples was the only provider capable of accommodating a same-day turnaround for the custom cards I needed for my sister’s memorial service. Destiny assisted me throughout the process, helping with pricing, paper selection, and ensuring the print quality of my sister’s photo was as high as possible. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional, clearly understanding the importance of this project. Despite some challenges adjusting colors and banding issues with the initial prints, Destiny worked diligently to adjust the settings for the best possible outcome. By the end, we were both very satisfied with the results. I am deeply grateful for her empathy and professionalism during such a difficult time.”
