“I had a complicated print project for a BTS concert, and Assistant Manager Michael went above and beyond to help me. The order gave the printers a lot of trouble, but he stayed patient, kept troubleshooting, and never made me feel like I was a burden. He genuinely cared about getting the project finished correctly and did not give up until we got it done.

“They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all. If I have outgoing mail of particular importance I always drive to this PO to drop it off, to make sure that it doesn't route thru the New Albany PO.”
