“They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all. If I have outgoing mail of particular importance I always drive to this PO to drop it off, to make sure that it doesn't route thru the New Albany PO.”

Destiny assisted me throughout the process, helping with pricing, paper selection, and ensuring the print quality of my sister’s photo was as high as possible. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional, clearly understanding the importance of this project. Despite some challenges adjusting colors and banding issues with the initial prints, Destiny worked diligently to adjust the settings for the best possible outcome. “The guys at this store have always been absolutely wonderful with me. I have a hard time making a decision so I have gone in there a few times with multiple items and not once have I ever felt like it was an issue or like they were bothered that I had so many things. They’ve always been very nice and very polite and very prompt at asking me if I need anything. I actually live closer to another store about 3 miles away and they are not as friendly and not as nice and not as social and I will go out of my way to come to the store up here by Highlander Point instead.”
