“I am an events specialist for a national non-profit organization. My organization used this UPS Store for shipping and receiving of packages while attending a major conference at the Galt House Hotel.Denise was our main point of contact at this UPS Store. Because I usually go through some (sometimes extensive) pre-payment authorization of service charges to help my busy on-site co-workers, I worked closely with Denise to handle our inbound packages before my co-workers arrived, delivery of the packages to our conference exhibit once the staff arrived, and our outbound shipments after the event concluded.Denise was very helpful and up-front about any issues that arose during our experience at the conference, and she made herself readily available to help us, even offering to communicate with me about any questions I had over the weekend preceding the conference. She was incredibly courteous and helpful to me and my on-site event staff. She made our experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Our organization was very grateful for her quick solutions, clear and prompt communication, and the store's overall professionalism and high-quality customer service. It was truly a pleasure to work with Denise and this UPS Store. Thank you, Denise and team!”

“We had a Lifetime playset delivered to the house this last Thursday. Knowing it was coming, and that we were on a small, dead-end street, my wife called a few days early to make sure they knew the situation. They had a teleconference with their driver to determine the best method of delivery, and set a window for their first availability. That driver managed to get a 28' truck down a narrow, dead-end street and backed it perfectly to the side of the curb right next to our driveway. Then, because of the size of the pallet, proceeded to unpack all 8 boxes (800lbs total) from the pallet to lower them individually and RE-pack all 8 boxes onto the pallet once they were on ground level. At this point, honestly, I was expecting him to dump the pallet at the base of our driveway and drive off like other freight drivers have done in the past. Instead, that man used a pallet jack to pull 800lbs of playset up my inclined, 1/8 mile long driveway (at least until my wife and I realized and ran down to help). It's been a while since I've seen a freight driver show this much professionalism and courtesy.”

“I had some cards that needed to be cut out and Jared was very helpful! There was a mistake cutting them and he promptly called me to get the file so that he could reprint them for me. The file was too large to send, so we had to send it multiple times but he was extremely patient and willing to resolve the issue for me free of charge. “I have been to this location several times and they have always been very helpful and quick to assist. I did a couple amazon returns here and they made the process so easy. The employees came out to my vehicle to help me carry the large items back inside. I also observed them trying to help a gentleman who was trying to mail an iphone in the original case with no wrapping, no container. Will be returning again for all my mailing needs here.”

“They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all. If I have outgoing mail of particular importance I always drive to this PO to drop it off, to make sure that it doesn't route thru the New Albany PO.”
