“I had items shipped here in advance of a trade show at the convention center. You need to make sure you are checked in at the convention center but the staff at FedEx were extremely helpful and professional. I needed to make a few trips to move my cases over and they were fine with that. Clean. Easy parking in front, although I don't know if the meters are monitored I got an hour just in case. Lots of last minute supplies if you forgot something.”

“They get 4 stars just for answering the phone, being polite and courteous, and HELPFUL, which is in stark contrast, completely opposite really, of the nearby New Albany branch, which will simply put you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up, if they answer the phone at all. If I have outgoing mail of particular importance I always drive to this PO to drop it off, to make sure that it doesn't route thru the New Albany PO.”

“Bruce went above and beyond for me today when I was in a pinch and not only needed a document printed, bound, and packaged up within the hour, but also had to ask to make a few on-the-fly adjustments to the document. He seriously went way beyond what was required of him and really helped me get my project completed in time to meet a deadline. Bruce was very patient with me, very accommodating, and I felt like he was genuinely wanting to
help me and make sure I got everything I needed. A lot of times you meet stores like this that are so rigid and can’t accommodate any one-off requests, but this store gave me top notch service!!”

“I ordered an expensive wallet for my son for Christmas. When tracking it, I noticed it stayed in Louisville's post office for two days and didn't move. I was worried that since it was a small package, it might have gotten lost in the millions of other packages. I called the USPS which led me through a very straight forward automated experience to file an inquiry. Within the hour a nice lady called me and said she was sure the package wasn't lost and that the USPS is literally working around the clock to be sure packages arrived on time for Christmas. She didn't make me feel obnoxious for filing an inquiry during Christmas time like she could have. Not only that, but she was right. The wallet got delivered within the next few days AND she called me to make sure I received it at 1:10pm when it was delivered. A lot of times the USPS does not receive the credit they're due. They work hard and I can't imagine the chaos they have to endure during the holidays (and all other times of year).. I was extremely impressed with the process and I appreciated the extra step that was taken to make sure I received what I paid for.”
