“After an unexpected power outage, we had a computer go dead in the water. Despite the fact I called as a third party from another country, less then an hour before closing on a Friday, I was able to secure arrangements to get an urgent power supply repair and get us back up and running.
Miles in particular was extremely accommodating, provided exemplary, professional customer service to both me and the local customer yesterday and today, and went the extra mile to make sure that our extremely time sensitive repair was identified, corrected and returned to us in plenty of time.
On the surface, it may have seemed like just a power supply repair but to us, it was much more. Thank you!
