From the moment he stepped in, he made sure everything was handled efficiently and treated the situation like it actually mattered. It’s rare to run into someone who clearly cares about doing their job well and helping customers, and John absolutely did that. Unfortunately, the experience before John stepped in was the complete opposite. Mark seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. He ignored the situation and didn’t notice or respond to people needing assistance. It was frustrating standing there while someone who is supposed to be helping customers acted like we weren’t even there. If it wasn’t for John stepping up and actually doing his job well, this would have been a very negative experience overall. He saved the situation and deserves recognition for the way he handles customers.”

“It's a beautiful store with beautiful plus sized clothes. The service is fantastic. The sales ladies help you find what you need and are very attentive. They make you feel special. Price wise, it is about the same as any other plus-size clothing store (i.e., Lane Bryant, Catherine's, etc). I love the outfits I got there. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for plus sized women's clothing.”

“September 8, 2026: 4 years of a loyal customer and still to this day! #1 bra brand, and store in Fort Wayne!! Nicole and Melanie were so incredibly helpful for a weekday morning! We cleared up a confusion with online vs irl promos, and styles of a bra model. The two employees were so patient with my back and forth about what to pick. They honored the online promo BOGO50% and all of my 3 rewards so 4 of the embliss bras came out to $112. The pushup bras would have been $40 but I was not interested since i have already enough. Overall comments on the BRAND performance and products not store: I absolutely love the Embliss Wireless Bras so much as my daily bra too! I was a bit dissapointed that plain bras like black and blue online were not as available as the lace ones in-person. I have not gone back to any other brand bras since then! I am not a fan of the wired bras as much for personal taste. The pushup bras are so nice too! 2022: The employee Rachel there were so mindful and caring! For almost about a hour, Rachel was so welcoming and mindful of me! From first moment to the end of the day, I felt very welcomed to talk about any struggles or ask for any different bras to look for the perfect bra for me. The dressing rooms were in a curtained hallways. The individual dressing room doors each have a curtain so that the employee can hand a product through a little gap rather than opening the door. The employees will go by every once in a while to ask you for any service of help they can provide. The packing of the bras are very nice too! The packing makes the experience feel it’s a joyful moment rather than a shameful walk in and out of the store. The average price of the bras ranged from $36-54. There are BOGO 50% off and clearance items that made certain bra prices $20-40. When I returned two products for a lower price range of products, Carole and Anola were very helpful to not make the experience any different. The employees immediately offer product type and size switching rather than measuring. There is a measuring tape near the entrance of the fitting rooms. If asked for a professional measurement, then I believe it will be offered. I highly suggest the store to anyone from someone exploring to knowing the expected size and product. Especially with the employee help, the prices are all worth it!”

Also Taryn went above and beyond to get tags off and us rang up. My daughter said it’s her new store. She said Daddy Taryn was so kind and she took care of my every need. I felt like a Kardashian. Haha I love it! We never spend enough there! Oh ya thanks BKE for giving my son Noah his 1st par of Quality jeans that don’t need a belt to stay up. He was so grateful that’s where we’re buying all of his pants from this day forward. Buckle team you made it an epic day will never forget. We really appreciate all your help again thank you so much. “Stopped in today ( mid morning , mid week) with my two young children. The shop is absolutely beautiful, the item selection is clearly well curated and the quality of items is high. From the smells , to the sounds and decor : It’s a pleasure to spend time in the store. I live in New York City, have visited my share of boutiques there , and I can truly say, that The Find is a real gem !
