But I finally made myself make an appointment at Beyond the Bra and im really glad that I did. Amanda really has the kind of charismatic personality that makes you feel more confident. So knowledgeable and clearly gives a shit about what she does. The space feels very safe and intentional. I left feeling like I understood WHY bras fit the way they do, where the support actually comes from, and like I have a new personal mission to decriminalize my own back rolls lol. And if you’re afraid of being seen that up close and personal you should know that this is not a full frontal investigation. The whole process is done with care, tact, and as little direct boob to eye contact when you’re exposed as possible. Absolutely cannot recommend enough.”
“My expectations were more than exceeded recently when I stopped in to Three Rivers Soap Co. to buy last-minute bars of soap to add to 45 party favor bags. That's a lot of soap, but I'm confident the excellent service I received wasn't due to the total sale price. Amy clearly puts people before profits. I know this because she proposed that, instead of buying 45 whole bars, I purchase half as many and allow her to cut each bar in half AND wrap each one with their business card, natural brown paper, a label stating the scent and ingredients, and a twine string!!! Amy clearly knew that I was in a real pinch and could have very easily sold me 45 bars of unlabeled soap in under 15 min and been done with me, but she chose to go above and beyond at the expense of profit. 10/10 EXCEPTIONAL!!!”

I want to give a big thank you to John in the service department. He was extremely quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment he stepped in, he made sure everything was handled efficiently and treated the situation like it actually mattered. It’s rare to run into someone who clearly cares about doing their job well and helping customers, and John absolutely did that.
Unfortunately, the experience before John stepped in was the complete opposite. Mark seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. He ignored the situation and didn’t notice or respond to people needing assistance. It was frustrating standing there while someone who is supposed to be helping customers acted like we weren’t even there.
If it wasn’t for John stepping up and actually doing his job well, this would have been a very negative experience overall. He saved the situation and deserves recognition for the way he handles customers.”
“Love my local Hot Topic! They are nice and they always try to make things right if there's an issue. They will greet you and ask if you need help but they won't pester or bombard you which creates a safe atmosphere! I love that they can be themselves there whether that be shy or outgoing, I love the variety. I'm rather shy myself so its just nice to see that in a company!”

“Ethan is the Best ! He always goes over and above for me and my wife. He also takes amazing care of my kids when they need to smell and look fabulous. The Buckle needs more like him! Also Taryn went above and beyond to get tags off and us rang up. My daughter said it’s her new store. She said Daddy Taryn was so kind and she took care of my every need. I felt like a Kardashian. Haha I love it! We never spend enough there! Oh ya thanks BKE for giving my son Noah his 1st par of Quality jeans that don’t need a belt to stay up. “Stopped in today ( mid morning , mid week) with my two young children. The shop is absolutely beautiful, the item selection is clearly well curated and the quality of items is high. From the smells , to the sounds and decor : It’s a pleasure to spend time in the store. I live in New York City, have visited my share of boutiques there , and I can truly say, that The Find is a real gem ! Customer service was wonderfully helpful ; my children browsed the toy section freely and played with a few items. Overall : this was a 5 star , lovely experience. Thank you !”

“I went here and left without a garment that I liked. It nagged me for a few days, so I called the boutique to ask if they offered online purchases. They don't currently, but the associate on the phone asked me to describe the item, and she would mail it to me. When I received the item, there was a sweet hand written card included, which I thought to be such a sweet touch.”

“I believe DNM is an excellent place to get the stuff for your motorcycle riding experience. Moses and his wife are both great people. I would highly recommend if you are a motorcycle rider to go in here and see if they've got what you're looking for. Is definitely worth The Visit, they have boots. Leather jackets, vest hats helmets. I believe they have chaps. I believe Ms. Denise also offers. Alterations for your chaps are sewing on patches on your vessts, jackets or whatever again I would highly recommend this place.”
