Glenbrook Mall is another story they treat me as a inconvenience to be waited on and that I’m below their level to be buying at the store! Now if I go in there and my hair and makeup is done I can get waited on! I would rather spend my money at Jefferson Pointe where they treat me the same regardless of my appearance! “Stopped in today ( mid morning , mid week) with my two young children. The shop is absolutely beautiful, the item selection is clearly well curated and the quality of items is high. From the smells , to the sounds and decor : It’s a pleasure to spend time in the store. I live in New York City, have visited my share of boutiques there , and I can truly say, that The Find is a real gem ! Customer service was wonderfully helpful ; my children browsed the toy section freely and played with a few items. Overall : this was a 5 star , lovely experience. Thank you !”

There was a good amount of foot traffic in the store & still got me in a fitting room quickly. Actually, the first experience I had at pacsun worth leaving a review for. “Just happened across this business on Google maps and thought I would leave a review, this actually happened several years ago. I had bought a custom leather weightlifting belt online, and as I worked out over time I began to lose quite a bit of fat from my midsection. I needed a couple of extra holes punched in the belt to keep it fitting me and knew that this place did alterations. I bring my belt in, and there's no one there except for the wife of the owner, I forget her name. Extremely friendly, I explain my situation and she says she can punch the holes I want. She brings out a leatherpunch and we get to talking about what it's like to work with leather; I had never met anyone who had worked with leather before. It all seemed like a lot of fun, so she asked me if I would like to use the leatherpunch to make a hole! I accepted, and after a bit of coaching concerning technique (and quite a bit of hammering, this leather was very thick!) I managed to punch two holes in my belt! Afterwards, she refused to take my money! I couldn't believe it, talk about customer service! I eventually convinced her to take 20 bucks from me, and she did under extreme protest. I would highly recommend shopping here, it is extremely rare to find a business like this these days.”

“Very clean store. I didn't speak with any associates while in the store. Only saw the one that was checking out customers. The store has very cute clothing for the younger generation. The only concern we have with American Eagle is we purchased a sweatshirt for our son for graduation pictures and within 2 washes the front pocket on the hoodie began to come off the sweatshirt. For the amount we paid, I had expected it to last longer than a couple of weeks.”

“I needed new jeans and the store worker I asked where what I was looking for was very helpful. I got the jeans I wanted ( although they shrunk the front pockets again. I hate that!), another pair on clearance and a cute little purse for just my phone and money clip I had been wanting for $22.45 with sale prices and deals on my email. The cashier was very helpful with my email. I spent less than I saved. I highly recommend shopping there and getting their credit card.”

“Great place to shop for Fila shoes. I would have paid $180 direct from Fila, but I got the same ones for $35 from Burlington. There are bargains on brand name clothes. You can find some unique odds & ins @ Burlington. There are 2 stores in Fort Wayne, you must see them for yourself.”
