⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (for John – unfortunately not the whole experience)
I want to give a big thank you to John in the service department. He was extremely quick, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the moment he stepped in, he made sure everything was handled efficiently and treated the situation like it actually mattered. It’s rare to run into someone who clearly cares about doing their job well and helping customers, and John absolutely did that.
Unfortunately, the experience before John stepped in was the complete opposite. Mark seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. He ignored the situation and didn’t notice or respond to people needing assistance. It was frustrating standing there while someone who is supposed to be helping customers acted like we weren’t even there.
If it wasn’t for John stepping up and actually doing his job well, this would have been a very negative experience overall. He saved the situation and deserves recognition for the way he handles customers.”
“Love my local Hot Topic! They are nice and they always try to make things right if there's an issue. They will greet you and ask if you need help but they won't pester or bombard you which creates a safe atmosphere! I love that they can be themselves there whether that be shy or outgoing, I love the variety. I'm rather shy myself so its just nice to see that in a company!”

“Ethan is the Best ! He always goes over and above for me and my wife. He also takes amazing care of my kids when they need to smell and look fabulous. The Buckle needs more like him! Also Taryn went above and beyond to get tags off and us rang up. My daughter said it’s her new store. She said Daddy Taryn was so kind and she took care of my every need. I felt like a Kardashian. Haha I love it! We never spend enough there! Oh ya thanks BKE for giving my son Noah his 1st par of Quality jeans that don’t need a belt to stay up. “Stopped in today ( mid morning , mid week) with my two young children. The shop is absolutely beautiful, the item selection is clearly well curated and the quality of items is high. From the smells , to the sounds and decor : It’s a pleasure to spend time in the store. I live in New York City, have visited my share of boutiques there , and I can truly say, that The Find is a real gem ! Customer service was wonderfully helpful ; my children browsed the toy section freely and played with a few items. Overall : this was a 5 star , lovely experience. Thank you !”

“I went here and left without a garment that I liked. It nagged me for a few days, so I called the boutique to ask if they offered online purchases. They don't currently, but the associate on the phone asked me to describe the item, and she would mail it to me. When I received the item, there was a sweet hand written card included, which I thought to be such a sweet touch.”

“Just happened across this business on Google maps and thought I would leave a review, this actually happened several years ago. I had bought a custom leather weightlifting belt online, and as I worked out over time I began to lose quite a bit of fat from my midsection. I needed a couple of extra holes punched in the belt to keep it fitting me and knew that this place did alterations. I bring my belt in, and there's no one there except for the wife of the owner, I forget her name. Extremely friendly, I explain my situation and she says she can punch the holes I want. She brings out a leatherpunch and we get to talking about what it's like to work with leather; I had never met anyone who had worked with leather before. It all seemed like a lot of fun, so she asked me if I would like to use the leatherpunch to make a hole! I accepted, and after a bit of coaching concerning technique (and quite a bit of hammering, this leather was very thick!) I managed to punch two holes in my belt! Afterwards, she refused to take my money! I couldn't believe it, talk about customer service! I eventually convinced her to take 20 bucks from me, and she did under extreme protest. I would highly recommend shopping here, it is extremely rare to find a business like this these days.”
