“I visited the website and found a sofa I liked. I called the store and they had one on display. I visited the store and right away decided this was the sofa I wanted. Even got an ottoman to go with it. The salesperson was very helpful and my sofa arrived sooner than expected and is going to be delivered in 4 days. They had said possibly 3 weeks. Great service and beautiful showroom.”

I had found a photo of a very special table online that I wanted, and I asked him to custom make it for me. He completed the project beyond my hopes and expectations! His communication was so fantastic every step of the way. He went above and beyond. The specific wood for this piece could only be found in another county and he imported it, while also sending me photos so that I could pick the specific cut and grain I liked best. “The cork is beautiful and came quickly. The moldings that the site offers are high quality but are only stained; they do not have the appearance of cork. You may want to order a small quantity as a sample to ensure it is what you want. It would be nice if the site had photos of those items because we may have made different choices, but I am still happy with the product in spite of it not looking exactly how I had imagined from the drawings.”

“I was in need of jackets, sweaters, and long sleeves. Underestimated the cold and snow out here. I'm glad there is a Ross in Fort Wayne! Seems like there is always an alarm going off, but ya get used to it. Employees here were pretty friendly to me and helpful. Found everything I needed and then some. The store is a little messy but there are some hidden gems - you just need patience and luck to find them.”
