I had the best experience at Value City. I found 2 couches that I loved and had questions about. Amy C. answered every question I had and helped me make a decision. She definitely deserves 5 stars! Also, Madison helped as well and she was amazing too!

I just need to give a HUGE shout out to Miss Terry from customer relations in store. Her customer service is beyond amazing! She's warm, friendly, and so willing to help anyone! I know these reviews are checked by managers, DMs and corporate. This wonderful woman needs recognition and to be rewarded for her amazing skills!
