“I was leery about switching banks and even though I had questions my switch went well. Dont expect any foreseeable problems as customer support is extremely helpful at solving any problems!! They also have atms inside my branch so you can skip the line if you don't want to wait. I think whomever came up with this idea should be given time off with pay for the marvelous idea!! The bank manager at the Glen Park (Melanie) branch gave me exceptional service. I needed help getting an insurance payment deposited directly into my checking account. She helped me with my forms and she faxed them in for me as well. She was so pleasant and patient with me. My anxiety soon left me, and I was so happy to have the task completed with her help. Five stars+ for Centiere Bank and their staff.”
