“Bobbie was most helpful at the Merrillville store. It was one of the greatest shopping experiences I have ever had. I needed orthotics. She assessed my feet on a special device that checked for foot arches and flat feet (my feet will level any amount of unlevel ground) and found the best orthotics. I have experienced more foot comfort following that store visit than I have had in 1 1/2 months.”

“I had such a pleasant experience here last night…. I was on a hunt for some Xmas gifts for my family but was having trouble finding what was on the list. I asked an associate for some help and she went above and beyond with help looking for what I needed. Also the store wasn’t as crazy and they had plenty of workers I was asked several times if I needed help. Which was nice! For being Black Friday I was happy with what I found!”

“I love their clothes. Although prices could be on the more average side instead of cheaper side it is an amazing place to shop and the clothing material is bomb. I love the quality of the clothing and when you wash them they don't shrink. “Today I went in to return snow board boots that I purchased and were too big for me at the Zumies store inside Southlake mall. There was a young man by the name of Michael that was working the store. All I have to say is Immaculate customer service. Very polite and helpful person. Michael was very knowledgeable on every gear/equipment in that store. Any questions I had were answered beyond my expectations. Thankyou. Also there was another woman there a few days ago. I don't remember her name but she had colored hair and piercings. Extremely polite and helpful as well. Will be returning.”

“This past weekend I was shopping and went into the fitting room and somehow misplaced my purse and noticed it mid shopping and quickly told Racquel the cashier and quickly called the manager. Once the manager came told her I tried to ping my phone and heard it and now I couldn't hear it and believe someone has taken my purse, the manager quickly went into her office to review cameras and as she was viewing Bertha from the fitting room had come up to me and stated that a customer had given her the purse and quickly came and got me. I want to shout out to Bertha (fitting room attendant) Racquel (Cashier) and manager sorry I forgot her name but was very attentive. You guys rock and thank you a million times. Best staff ever!!!”

“Good variety of goods. Home decor, clothes (women's, plus size, juniors, kids, babies, mens), toys, dishes and appliances, etc. staff is nice. Check out line is often long, but moves relatively quickly. (My toddler hates the checkout line but that's a me problem lol)
Prices are good for the most part.”

I think they have like a couple men's accessories like a chain and bracelets but not much of a selection. Their clearance prices are anywhere between like $2 to $4 like really excellent prices and quality. Customer service was overall good nothing outstanding but I can't complain about anything either.”
