“Please give Samantha in flooring a RAISE at the Niles, MI branch!! That girl OWNS her job. She was under the weather and still got an entire cart of tile ready PLUS top rack items in UNDER an hour when 3 other branches couldn't do that for our company. She went back, counted them, physically touched them to make sure they had the stock, and had everything ready in under 20 minutes somehow! Every other branch just assumed they had them then kept canceling our orders, one branch had us wait 1 1/2 hours to load it and never even got a single box loaded up and then said they didn't have it all in stock after all. Another branch didn't communicate a dingle word, they just canceled. This girl did EVERYTHING possible and SHE IS AMAZING. Thank you, Samantha in flooring!!”

“All the staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to find what I needed quickly, but I kept having to either wait for aisles to open or dodge through aisles quickly as they were closing. If the forklift is in use in an aisle for inventorying or stocking, the aisle is closed. Had to wait a few minutes while the staff finished what they were working on before I was able to get the parts I needed, but the staff was courteous and apologetic.”
