They squeezed me into their full schedule and got me back on the road in time for the holiday. His wife and daughter were really nice as well, asking if I needed anything to drink or eat. “Called NT Auto about my Range Rover and they were able to help me over the phone. They weren’t available to do the repair but worked with me on understanding what the requirements for the repair the parts that we needed to even spent 10 to 15 minutes with me helping me gather the parts together online so I can get my repair done by another shop.
These guys are exceptionally good at what they do especially with European cars and are trusted shop in our area. If it wasn’t for the long wait times for quality work, it would be a lot better.
If you ever need help, and they can’t do the work, they’ll assist you. Even if that means given the business to someone else and walking you through the repair.
They’re about providing quality service all around and it shows Porsche‘s Ferrari‘s Lamborghini‘s. Everything is there. All top and high-performance cars and people will wait. Because they know when the repair is done it’s done right the first time.
I can only hope Nashville will take my call tomorrow after the holiday to help me run a computer to do a reset on my Range Rover. My shop that I used to do the timing belt doesn’t have the computer and there’s still a small one to two second pressure rev issue.
I only wish they had more great mechanics so that they could’ve done my car. If you have time to wait, they’re definitely the shop to go with especially for luxury automobiles that you want done right.”
“Started out with a flat tire Monday morning, called them as they were closest and they said air it up and come in, they will fix it. Made it there and while there asked for pricing on new tires. Gave me a very fair price and I went in this morning to get new tires. They didn't charge me for fixing my flat tire since I was coming in for new ones. Love this place and people are wonderful. I went to Best Tires in Griffith on main street. Highly recommend them. They also do mechanical. Thank you for getting me is so soon. great team there. Scale of 1-10, 10+Service: Tires”
“Needed repair due to severe coolant leak, called bridegrooms and made appt. to have towed in, Ed checked it out and told me intake gasket was blown out and water pump needed to be replaced along with thermostat, I knew they were always busy and do quality work, very satisfied with their repair at a reasonable price, Ed's great !!! I'm a lifetime cust. now !!”

“We have had a couple different vehicles taken care of by Govert. Both were due to car accidents and our insurance sent us to Govert. We have had zero negative interactions with Govert. On the first one, insurance was the primary hold up since they seemingly took their time to inspect the vehicle. Once that was done, Govert was great in getting the SUV repaired and us back on the road in our own vehicle. It was a smooth process too, in arranging for a rental to pick us up and drop us off at Govert. The second one the repair took a bit longer due to the COVID impact of getting the necessary parts, but once they were received, Govert expedited getting the car fully repaired. Awhile later, this same vehicle was taken in to Govert due to being hit rear ended. Govert let us know right away that the frame appeared to be bent, so we should start looking for another vehicle as the insurance company would probably total it, which they did. Fortunately in all cases, the damage was done in a not our fault accidents. Govert has always treated us great as well as others we have referred to them.”
