“I’m rather surprised at some the bad reviews. The people that own the store are beyond kind and helpful I honestly think most Americans feel this sort of thing entitlement and feel that there is super special and everyone should drop everything to take care of them. Well at this store you will be taken care of you just have to wait your turn. The Food is great. Customer service is beyond great and I love the fact that they carry a little bit of everything and if you suggest something they will help you get what your looking for”

“I had an extraordinary experience at this Meijer and it was always because of an exceptional young man that went above and beyond the call of duty‼️ JQ, whom I found out upon my own investigation, is a team leader in the frozen Dairy department of this particular store that I love coming to so much and it’s all because of the excellent customer service from the person that greets you at the front of the store to when you leave they thank you for coming‼️ These kind of things really makes the difference in the grand scheme of things and I appreciate that!
What makes JQ so incredibly exceptional is the fact that he was literally on his way home & off the clock, had almost made it to the door when I ran into him & asked his assistant. JQ turned around and led me to what I needed and gave me a recommendation as well‼️ This is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty, excellence and passion in motion‼️

Keeping a handle on today’s age employees who don’t know nothing about hard work

But golly me and him shot the shit about the ins and outs of managing a successful business
I have plenty of confidence in today’s morning manager
And I am thrilled there are still younger people out there who slave the retail grind on the weekends for the greater good of all
