“Came in yesterday for some fasteners, was offered assistance right away by one of the guys on the floor. Honestly didn't need his help but I welcomed it anyway. Got the bolts I needed and was out of the store in 5 minutes. Clean store with accurate and quick workers, can't ask for much more.”

“went to menards and home-depo looking for a spring for my storm door handle both places told me they dont have it ..went to this hardware store I get greeted as soon as i walk in the guy explains to me no they dont have the spring but then tells me how easy to buy one cut it to lenght even use a ball point pen spring ..so i went home cut the spring with my fine needlenose pliers it set pretty easy to dimples line it up it works better than new I was ready just to buy the new handle for 25.00 dollars plus tax the spring cost .99 cents thats why i go there ...”

“We bought a house 11 months ago and it took us the first 6 months to rip out the old and we've spent the last 5 months rebuilding and slowly picking out things we love for our new home. I have spent hours searching the web night after night looking for the perfect hardware to make our home unique, warm and inviting. I finally decided on Wild West Hardware for our barn door pull. After ordering I realized I didn't see anything about screws. I emailed the company late that same night and to my surprise the very next day Mike (the owner!) replied to me. He informed me the screws are definitely included and that our door pull was in powder coating now and would ship soon! That actually surprised me ~ thinking they would just pull it out of a box and ship it ~ now I feel like I'm receiving a special item just for us. 💞 We received our barn door pull the end of last week and got it up this weekend! We both absolutely LOVE it!! Installation took maybe 10 minutes. I want to post a review for several reasons. This company (which I found out is family-owned) has gone above and beyond what I expected. This door pull couldn't be more perfect for the look we wanted! The weight feels solid and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful! They even included two different size screws so we could choose the look we wanted!”

This place has tools of the trade that you can't find at Menards, Home Depot, or Lowes. And even if you find them at those chain hardware stores, they won't be the quality of carpet cushions. They're reasonably priced in comparison to those places as well too.”

“I NEVER give five stars, but I love Harbor Freight! For many reasons, from prices, to inventory! One of the best tool stores around now! I own so many different types of things from there, it's hard to speak about just one! My jack alone, especially with the $40 add-on, to make it like a mini rack, with two lifting points to make it much more stable, and even! All together I spent like $160! Great deal, on a tough jack, and amazing add-on for super stability! For a lone wolf like me, my safety is important! They really do have almost anything that you need as far as tools, garage, and outdoor power equipment. Thanks HF!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! ???”

“Had several orders while remodeling home. Always polite, helpful and quick shipping. On one order, I used a incorrect number. They caught the difference from prior orders and called me to confirm if I made an error. They quickly corrected my mistake and got them shipped.The hinges are first class, ball bearing and very well made.”

“My opinion is this, if you’re local and need salt to throw on your driveway, it’s close. If you need a water hose or some of those solar rechargeable batteries, it’s close. It’s perhaps the ONLY place in Gary you can get hard to find household needs without having to drive 20 mins or more outside the city to get. It’s one of the better run businesses the city has and people need to be thankful it’s even there. Support local businesses”
“Big fan of shopping local. Walked in here after 0 F/U from local competitor trying to order laundry room cabinets. I got better service equal price point. Plus helped us locate a source for something they don't carry. Their hrs are daytime biz so keep that in mind.”

He also sent me an email how to change my cartridge in my bathroom faucet. He was very kind and helpful. I would definitely continue to use them when I have a plumbing issue I need to fix.”
