Clean facility, plenty of parking, and super friendly staff. They genuinely wanted to help, and I saw that sentiment with several other customers who came in while I was waiting.
I’ve been to other technology repair stores over the years where employees seem disinterested and annoyed - my experience here was WAY better.
One parent came in with a broken PlayStation console and the staff were able to - quite literally - save Christmas.

“It was a small store along Central Ave in Lake Station Indiana. Maybe there is a side parking lot, im not sure because I came in the night time. Clerk was very friendly. He said Hello when I walked in. Store was clean and organized. Had only a few snacking items which was ice cream, 2 liter of pop, chips and candy bars on a shelf. Mostly tobacco items along with vapes. I was there to purchase a new vape. Reasonable prices and children must be accompanied with an adult. Allowed to try bought product in store before leaving for quality and reassurance that product wasnt defective. Recieved a coupon card for $2 off next vape purchase. I will return again. When it appeared that I might not qualify for the service I wanted Eddie made it happen. Verizon, ATT, and Tmobile should be ashamed. The service and respect I received from this location far exceeded any other experience I had from those three other competitors. If you are in the market for a cheaper alternative and yet still desire the best in customer care, Go see Eddie. He will get you taken care of.”
