“Woodforest is an easy place to access. It’s a good place to do banking. They’re open late hours and on holidays and weekends. I’ve used them for over 10 years and my only complaint is sometimes of the service is a little slow. The cashiers are a little slow most times it’s fairly good overall I would definitely recommend Woodforest as a place to do your banking.”
“Great bank just wish they had more bank locations because the closest bank to me is over 30 miles away. I opened my account when I lived in Columbus Indiana and then when I moved to Greenfield the closest place to go would either be Greenfield or Greensburg which is well over 30 mi away.”

“Sometimes they have only a couple of people working the counters and the line can be a 30+ min wait. If you can do the drive-thru I highly recommend it. Everyone is always nice and I always get done what I need to.”

“Sometimes the line can be extremely long. Try to avoid coming here at “busy” times (ex. Fridays around 4pm or any time like that you think it might be busy). I don’t like that they don’t have an easily accessible bathroom. Just to use the bathroom you have to get a worker to walk you back to a locked door and then escort you to a back bathroom. If you want people to spend time in your bank you should have an accessible bathroom.”

This branch seems to have low turnover and I feel like I always see a familiar face.
