“Bank staff is nice and helpful. My only complaint is the removal of teller stations for the Orbi machines. Everytime I come into my branch there is a line of people waiting for the one available teller while those Orbi machines collect dust. I can honestly say I have never seen anyone use them. A poor management decision and a terrible waste of money.”
“I’ve been a Star Financial customer for over 17 years. I have nothing but Great service at any location or any situation that has come my way. One particular event was my stolen account number with over $1,000 in fraud. I called them and within minutes, they secured my account and started their investigation. Within days they found out that an employee at flower company I recently used was where my account was breached by one of the flower company employee. Star Financial was able to recover my funds. This all took place in a matter of 3 days.
My main Star Financial bank I use is on DuPont Rd in Fort Wayne, IN. Those men & women are extremely helpful in anything I ever need.

Cassidy, one of the tellers, handled the transaction, including a change of address, efficiently and in an appropriately pleasant manner. I would also mention that Keith, the manager, recently resolved a fraudulent claim issue for me, rescuing my credit and restoring the missing funds to my checking account. Kudos to both of these Horizon employees for their superior customer care!

Having said that, when we realized we had been taken advantage of, we reached out to Sara Murphy, Sara was extremely helpful with closing our infected account and opening a new account within an hour while we were at the North Anthony branch.
