“I have, unfortunately had many occasions in my life where I’ve needed body repair work on vehicles. I have used Voelkel’s several times now and I’ve never been disappointed. It’s always only been for insurance claims and never added anything on to it.
Most recently, I took my Tahoe in after getting rear ended. Light damage, but enough to wanted it fixed. I went ahead and had them remove several dents(father of 5 so it gets abused) and detail a couple spots. I had just recently gone through some fresh lane paint and had some nice yellow on the driver side I couldn’t get off.
When I say they made my lightly abused Tahoe look brand new again, I’m not exaggerating! If I were in the market to sell, this work just raised my resale value a few thousand and cost a fraction of that. I will always add some dent removal and detailing to ANY insurance claim from now on, or just to get it cleaned up back to new.
The level of professionalism at this shop is second to none and I won’t take any of my family’s vehicles anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend them more if I tried!!!

“Brought my car in for moderate rear bumper damage. They got the car done a few days earlier than anticipated which is even more impressive considering repairs required two supplements from insurance which was all handheld by Indy Prestige. They also got all OEM parts which was a step above what the insurance company was originally willing to pay for.
Isai talked me through the damage and showed me every dent from before and after. I appreciated seeing those pictures because some of the damage was hidden under trim and I would have otherwise never known about it, but they were thorough and transparent about everything. It's always a good sign to see a mechanic willing to show off their work.
It's very apparent that they've had a lot of experience in auto body repairs because Isai answered every question I had before I had a chance to ask the question.
I had some equipment in the rear storage area which I forgot to take out prior to dropping it off, but it was neatly and carefully moved so that they could complete the repairs. It's a minor detail, but it shows they treated the car like they owned it.
The car came out better than before the accident because an interior cleaning and was included. There are no gaps between panels or color mismatches in the paint thanks to Isai sourcing OEM parts for me. The only reason I know the tailgate was replaced is because the hinges open more smoothly now.
I would recommend Indy Prestige to anyone in need of auto body repairs.”

“Service for oil change and tire rotation was great. I needed 3 windshield wipers and inquired as to an installation fee. I was very disappointed to find there is an installation fee. I incorrectly assumed installation would be done as a courtesy especially since I purchased my car from you. I purchased the wipers from the parts department. I tried to install them as I've done on previous vehicles I've owned but at 77 years old no longer have the hand strength I once had. My son will install them for me.

“Alex at Vivid Automotive in Indianapolis did an EXCELLENT job tinting my GMC Acadia windows. He clearly explained what he could NOT do too - tint my sunroof, because it might shatter!! I selected the % darkening that is still legal but REALLY helps with the glare coming through my front and side windows!
Alex's prices were very reasonable, and he explained that there would be a few bubbles for the first week. These disappeared completely!

“Ok so they serviced my BMW 330 CI left by my dad when he passed. They put a new transmission in. It was more expensive then I wanted but overall they did an excellent job. I dont drive the car much in cold weather but have driven it enough to see the work is solid. They didnt reset the ABS & Traction control which is caused by any service done on the car and requires a simple test on the steering wheel sensor. Also I sent them for a transmission repair and when they sent me a work order for diagnostic I was under the impression it was for the transmission and instead they sent me a work order for alot of other things that I knew about but didnt ask for. So that cost me 2 separate diagnostic charges so please ask questions when getting your car checked out. I would recommend them though and will use them in the future if it is something I can't do. I would have given 5 stars but price and simple reset gives them a 4 stars. Thank you Autohaus Merkle !!”
