“Just wanted to share thanks and appreciation from my wife and I with the stellar service and professionalism that IMCU Eastside branch continues to exhibit. My wife and I have been members for more than 40 years and the branch manager Stephanie Wade is just the most recent example/member of the ongoing excellent encounters that we've had over the years. “So, they have a checking account that has a 3% yield (as I'm typing this) without any requirements for you to use a debit card 20 times a month or something like that other credit unions do. That is better than pretty much anyplace else, unless you use a debit card for all your purchases.I went by on a Saturday morning to open a checking account. The banker had 2 other people waiting and I didn't want to hang around that long, so I planned to come back. Before then I talked to my current bank and they came up with a special rate that made it a better deal not to switch.You probably wouldn't notice the place driving by, but the people were very helpful and the inside of the CU was very nicely done -- I don't know if it was a new location or just recently remodeled. I can't speak to service beyond my brief experience.”
“Parking is a little tough but I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The tellers were busy with other customers and a woman at the desk offered to help. The store is clean and welcoming.”

“I love Forum Credit Union. I was with Chase, but switching to them has made banking better for me. I've had great experiences with the loans department. They get with you quickly and have helped me find my best options. This location itself is in a very busy area of Greenwood so the access road is a little wacky, but I've come to expect that anywhere I go in this town. The tellers were great the few times I've actually had to go inside. Definitely would recommend to others!”
“I’ve been with this credit union for many years.I moved to another side of town but kept them.I use a nearby credit union for deposits & withdrawls. They text me if there seems to be a fraud alert to let me say yes or no to a charge. I have no issues on this side. My gripe is... I can’t connect my family horizon bank accts on accounting softwares to download my transactions NOR can I connect to finance budget apps because they don’t partner with third partyPLAID as all the others do and they block MINT as I tried that too. Their own platform for tracking expenses is HIGHLY GENERIC! As an accountant I am frustrated! I can’t attach my banking anywhere else which simplifies my life because they don’t allow it.I don’t WANT to move my accounts from FHCU but I’m very tempted for this reason.”
