I have had cricket for almost ten years. Jenna H was wonderful answering my many questions to help me change my plan. Friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. They always seem to have plans and phones to meet everyone's specific tastes and needs. I highly recommend.

Jenn, was amazing she helped us through the whole process. She was super sweet and worked with us on what we need, and want on top of when we were waiting on something to update or what ever she would a make conversation or b she gave more information about cricket or the phone it's self. We appreciate her customer service!

I went to the cricket store to do a bridge payment and Jenn went above and beyond. This store is definitely the one to go too.
