Took less than 1min for me to get serviced, very polite customer service, and very patient! I just wanted to transfer my phone number to my new phone and I was explained exactly how, and she waited for my service on my new phone to work before I left just so we knew that the phone was working properly.

I was amazed at how respectful and knowledgeable Thania was!! she helped me tremendously with all my questions and concerns. Will be referring this store to friends who want to get a new phone!! Great store always friendly!
