The FedEx Office Print & Ship Center has staff who are very polite and very helpful. At the front desk an employee shows customers how to use the copy machine and to email something from it. Customers praise the great customer service and the always great prices. Elderly clients receive great care when sending packages. When a customer walks in, an employee greets them and explains what is best for printing needs. The work is finished quickly, so customers are surprised by the fast service and plan to return for more tasks, such as a baby shower.
