Hands down, the BEST experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic. Needed new front brake pads and rotors. Replaced in 2 hours and for $250+ cheaper than anyone else around.
Friendly, fast, affordable, etc…10/10!!”
“I had a friend tell me Saturday night that my brake oil might need checked, so I called Sunday and they said they could take a look, but that they didn’t have a mechanic there that day. I greatly appreciated the transparency right then and there before I even arrived. I brought it in and was able to get it checked right away. They checked my coolant as well and were able to fill that up for a decent cost. Also got a much needed oil change! Everyone was super friendly and quick to work, and overall I had a great experience. Thank you to all the staff who helped me out and got me in and out of there super quick!”

Showed up in the morning with our fingers crossed that they could at least take a look at the problem. Friendly staff said they would try to get the van in for at least a look. Great team had us back on the road before we knew it. So thankful for quality reputable shops like this!”

“Had an appt for them to check out my brakes and suspension and within an hour of their having opened (I'd done overnight drop off), they'd called and advised what was necessary versus what could be postponed along with a really good recommendation of how long each of those things could wait. I got a quote for the things they were going to do that was extremely reasonable, and when I came in to pick up the car and pay only a few hours later, it was actually over $100 (maybe closer to $200) less than even the quoted amount, so to say I'm happy with them is an understatement. On top of that, the service advisor was super friendly. I'd been nervous to take my car in bc I'd never gone to them before but also haven't really gone anywhere in Indianapolis for significant repairs since moving here, but am wicked glad I went to Ty's.”

“I usually do my own oil changes but decided to let someone else do the job. The price wasn't too bad the guy that helped me had a very calm and comforting tone. I got my oil and air filter changed ,battery cleaned, and all my fluids topped off. He explained everything along the way. I was able to get everything done on my lunch break. I did NOT leave there feeling ripped off. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to get in and out with no appointment”
