“Not 15 minute service but they did a great job! I would definitely come back for tire pressure and oil change. They also did my battery. Battery took about 40 minutes which i guess isn’t typical . Still great job all around”

Hands down, the BEST experience I’ve had with an auto mechanic. Needed new front brake pads and rotors. Replaced in 2 hours and for $250+ cheaper than anyone else around.

“Ran into an issue with my tire leaking from the stem. They were honest and told me to just replace the stem. It was also fast as I was in and out in under an hour. Not a huge deal but one issue was tire was not refilled to correct amount and had to fill tire afterwards.”

Showed up in the morning with our fingers crossed that they could at least take a look at the problem. Friendly staff said they would try to get the van in for at least a look. “Had an appt for them to check out my brakes and suspension and within an hour of their having opened (I'd done overnight drop off), they'd called and advised what was necessary versus what could be postponed along with a really good recommendation of how long each of those things could wait. I got a quote for the things they were going to do that was extremely reasonable, and when I came in to pick up the car and pay only a few hours later, it was actually over $100 (maybe closer to $200) less than even the quoted amount, so to say I'm happy with them is an understatement. On top of that, the service advisor was super friendly. I'd been nervous to take my car in bc I'd never gone to them before but also haven't really gone anywhere in Indianapolis for significant repairs since moving here, but am wicked glad I went to Ty's.”
“Oil change. I thought synthetic oil was supposed to last longer than regular oil however the girl asked me if I wanted it to last 3000 or 5000? I said well how long is it good for? She said 5000 so I said that's how long I want it to last.?”
