“I had reserved my truck online, with the assistance of customer service. Later I had to call this location to move up my pickup time and was able to do so. I received the email to confirm this and the truck was ready for pick up when I arrived. Inside was clean and everything was in order, with the exception of a furniture dolly that was just sitting on the floor in front of the service counter. I had to move it so that I or anyone else could trip over it. But the lady at the counter was very helpful. The truck was clean and very easy to drive. I would use and recommend this location.”
“They made the process quick and easy from the reservation of my vehicle, picking it up, and dropping it off. There was no hassel. My car also needed to be jumped after I left it in their parking lot overnight and they got someone to help me in less than 5 min. They have some stellar teamwork going on.”
“Their customer service needs improvement. Kind of slow and not the best at communication. When I had a bad customer experience, the district manager made it right but it was frustrating getting there.”
