The staff is described as very professional, friendly, and able to provide accurate information. Customers appreciate the great service and the availability of the items they need, even though this location is not the closest to some. The overall experience is excellent, with the staff being kind, efficient, and helpful in ensuring a smooth moving process. The only suggestion for improvement is to address the issues at the Keystone location.
The woman who helped my husband and myself was absolutely incredible! I think her name was Brittany (African American), but regardless: Answered all of our questions, gave clear and exact instructions and helped us get in and out quickly. Definitely will be using their services if we move again in the future.

People are friendly and helpful. Trailer was ready when I got there. They hooked up and tested. Great experience.

Would have given 5 stars because the staff there is excellent but trying to call there and deal with the automated system was one of the most frustrating experiences with one of those I've ever had! Can't say enough about how great the young ladies that helped me when I got there were!
