William is excellent!! We came at the end of the day and needed a last minute rental. There were 2 others coming to return rentals in the same time frame and a vendor. William handled all that in a professional , friendly and efficient manner. I really appreciated the level of service that he provided.

My initial reservation was with Wagners on west Washington Street in Indianapolis. We were scheduled for pick up at 10 AM. As if 10:20, they had not opened. I contacted customer service who quickly found what I needed close by. I have never been let down this way by uhaul before. Thank you to the support team !!!
