U-Haul Moving & Storage of Southern Plaza is described as a very well organized outfit with great customer service and stellar teamwork. The staff is noted for being cool and collective, knowing what they are doing, and providing quick and easy service from reservation to drop-off with no hassle. Assistance, such as a prompt vehicle jump-start, is handled efficiently. However, some customers reported issues with online ordering not working, which required in-store purchases and led to complications with return time and fuel credit. Despite this, many customers express a strong intent to return and recommend the location.
Extremely helpful and courteous employees, helped arrange my reservation to make it most cost-efficient for what I needed, extremely patient to the whole process. Highly recommend will use them again.

I had a major toy convention that I needed to haul product to, and have used Uhaul in the past, but this time, Scott got us taken care of efficiently, but still made us feel important and took time to talk with us and made us more than just another task! Keep it up Uhaul and Scott!
