“Fantastic skate shop. Went in for my first ever board, with no prior knowledge or know-how. Aaron took me through the whole process, explaining what everything was for and giving me lots of choices to make the board feel truly personal for me. Left with a great board, a big smile, and excited to go skate. Prices are very fair, and though this was a more expensive venture than I initially thought, the service and quality of board I received more than justify the cost. I'm excited to go back for my next one!”

“Support local!!Had a great experience today, my one year old will tell another story! ?I took him in to get sized for his first pair of Stride Rites. We were greeted immediately upon walking in and directed to the kid section.The very nice gentleman had us measured, helped us get the shoes on, was patient when my child had a meltdown, and checked out all in 20 minutes! It was quick and painless, and not rushed!Great customer service, and tips on how to put the shoe on and explained the return/exchange policy.We found our go to shoe store and will be recommending to family and friends!”

“I own a pair of handmade custom work boots. I’ve had lots of foot problems and these boots were life changing for me. I recently needed the first repairs to be made on them and I chose Gino’s. I am so thankful for Gino! He is a consummate professional, VERY personable and easy to talk to, and in my opinion he is cut from the cloth of the classic cobbler. Gino told me my boots would be ready in one week and they were! Not only that but I had expected to pay about 50% more than what I did. I got tired of buying cheap goods repeatedly every year or two so I saved up my money and spent $700 on these work boots. I also own a pair of calfskin brogues from England and I can’t wait to wear the soles down so I can bring them to Gino!”
“I’ve both shopped and sold here. Both experiences were great. The prices are pretty good for the quality you get. I don’t feel any price gouging when I’m here. They are discerning about what they take, but I have no trouble finding cool items when I’m there. I usually look for unique hoodies when thrifting.
In terms of selling, the cash back is also good. I didn’t really know what to expect, but overall the amount received was worth it to me. I was able to drop off the clothes, run my other errands and pick up my offering.
I don’t know the staff members by name, but I just want to say the entire staff is attentive, organized, and polite. For a newer store, you all are doing great! I look forward to seeing you all soon!”
“I went in today because I had just bought a pair of shoes somewhere else and they just didn’t fit right, so I was going to see about getting a different type of shoe. Instead of selling me on a pair of shoes I didn’t need, Tyrone helped me with a free foam insert, and taught me a different way to lace my shoes that would help them fit better. It’s a good store with a good selection, but the fact that they were willing to help me out even if it meant I didn’t spend money says so much about them. They’ve made a customer out of me for life with that. Definitely check the store out!”

“My husband was needing a suit for son’s wedding and he is a tall man. We had been to a few popular chain stores and were not able to get anything to fit him. It was suggested that we go to Al’s and check there and since we were out of town looking decided to at least try. “I walked in the store on us 31 which they were a tad busy but I looked at all their pull up boot options and then when they got to me they were very apologetic about the wait and it was cool because they were busy and helping people and the young lady got me the boot in my size and I tried it on and immediately fell in love and bought them and she made the experience for my first time being to the store and buying that brand want to keep buying the brand in the future”
“I've been a few times, and like all thrift stores, some visits have been better (for me) than others. It's a great size - big enough to have a large selection, but it's not overwhelming. Merchandise is clean, well organized, and reasonably priced. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.”

“Great store!! The worker was super helpful when I asked for a similar or the same pair of shoes as the one I was wearing.
I also got a pair of sunglasses. They're much, much cheaper than rayban, etc., and easily just as nice. They have a lot of options and you can try them all on to find one (or more) that you like.
Id return to any of the Runners Forum stores in the Indy metro for my future shoe needs.”

“Sometimes your guardian angel is a kind person working the closing shift at a mall. Jeannie was amazing - she helped me find a swimsuit when I missed my flight in the middle of an extremely difficult time in my life and the only thing I could think of that would make me feel better was swimming.
