I came in to have hitch removed and new installed. Owen was great. He was done in less then a hour. Also only charged me 247.00 I was quoted 600.00 from trivets trailer and hitch. Also came with lifetime warranty for any reason I will recommend Owen to anyone who needs hitch installed
