“Super friendly team. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have had rough experiences with other companies in the past so it was absolutely refreshing to have such a wonderful experience with suburban. I will be sure to recommend to everyone.”

“Employees were very nice & helpful. The whole process was easier than I thought it would be. The only negative is that the location might be a little understaffed, because I had to wait upon return to double check an answer that they had already given me, but they answered all my questions & were very patient.”

“My original location was changed because they never carry box trailers, only vans and trucks. I received a text the morning of my rental. It would have been nice to notify me a few days in advance (or even at the time of booking since the original location does not have trailers). This is a feature improvement for the back end SMS scheduling/notification system. Staff at both locations were friendly and professional. App was a little pain to use at check-in, but I appreciated being able to self check-in as staff were overwhelmed upon my return (Sunday morning - low staff high customer volume). Cheers!”

“Have more staff on Race day Memorial day weekend, so poor professional Zach isn't doing the work of 3 men. The customer line was so long. Zach was amazing, pro, and calm. Lots of Uhaul choices here! Easy out with a 26 footer too, whew!”
“The truck was clean and the check in was quick and efficient. Mary, the manager, caught a mileage error and promptly called me to correct the overcharge. Thank you, you have my business.”
“It was a very busy Saturday and there were hardly any trucks available at any location. I finally found one here, but I missed my reservation and someone else got my truck. The manager, William B., was very accommodating and offered to call me if a truck became available. Within 2 hours he called me and told me he had a truck for me. He went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I will use this location from now on.”

“I had an issue and asked to speak with the manager and he and the girl taking care of me were professional and understanding allowing me to get the rest of my things moved using their pick up truck. Would recommend this location to a friend!”

“Extremely helpful and courteous employees, helped arrange my reservation to make it most cost-efficient for what I needed, extremely patient to the whole process. Highly recommend will use them again.”
“Their customer service needs improvement. Kind of slow and not the best at communication. When I had a bad customer experience, the district manager made it right but it was frustrating getting there.”

“Excellent service and really good communication. I've done business with Allied for many years and they've deserved 5-star reviews in each transaction. This is a great family owned and operated business with uncommonly professional help.”
