“The check-in process within the store was a little time consuming as there were many renters in line that had not yet made reservations. It was aggravating to have to wait behind them in line when I already had a reservation. I was not completely comfortable with the "online" self check-in as I know that someone from U-Haul has to come out and verify connection with operable brake lights and turn signals. The trailer was brand new. It had improved connection components and it only took 5 minutes to connect it to my trailer and I was on my way. Return was easy as well, I was able to remove it myself and leave it for check-in the next day.”

The young man who assisted me gave me great service. Management was available for additional and follow up questions as well. So sorry I didn't get either of their names.”

“The staff at this location was VERY helpful with a different and stressful move that I just completed.I had to delay the pickup of a vehicle transport trailer because I needed to complete loading the truck before connecting to trailer.I had to reschedule that pickup several times because loading the truck took several days longer than I expected.When I finally got it loaded and picked up the transport, they helped me get it connected and loaded so I could transport my car safely.”

“I had an ongoing issue since 11/2024 with getting my storage unit credited because I was supposed to have received one month free when purchasing the unit. I wasn’t able to get ahold of the store manager to resolve the issue. I called 01/09 in the afternoon and spoke with Gigi. She was excellent, efficient, and kind. She followed up with me to inform that my account was updated and credited. I truly appreciated her time and effort. Thank you!”
