Waited for a supervisor for an outrageous amount of time. They could have cared less. 15+ - 20 minutes.

Long wait, only 1 person working at the front counter. The gentleman worker, however, worked efficiently and was very nice.

Very hostile environment. The employees seem like they absolutely hate their job, their attitude is extremely rude and unprofessional. It’s uncomfortable walking in there, and customer service is clearly not a priority. Disappointing experience.
