Its like magic you walk in and it takes you back in time. The place takes your breath away. Its so clean and the people are so nice. You have to see it to belive it They take CASH ONLY ! but its so worth the trip.

Fowler Apartments is an affordable apartment community located in Lafayette, IN at the corner of 4th and Ferry Streets. Our community is a federally subsidized independent senior living with rents and eligibility determined by government regulations. We offer unfurnished one and two-bedroom apartment homes for the elderly and for those who are disabled. We are conveniently located near banks, drug stores, post offices, county services, and bus lines. Our pet-friendly community offers several amenities, including community rooms with scheduled events. Our apartment homes feature large and comfortable bedrooms, appliances, and paid utilities.
